Knd Brands — Shipping Policy

  1. Overview
    This Shipping Policy explains shipping methods, costs, production lead times, delivery estimates, risk of loss, pickup options, and what to do if an order is delayed or arrives incorrectly for KnD Holdings dba KnD Brands and Basic Blue Collar ("Knd Brands", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to this policy.

  2. Production lead time (custom and stock items)

  • Custom screen‑print orders: Production begins after you submit final artwork approval and pay the required 50% deposit and any applicable setup fees. Typical production time for custom jobs is 7–14 business days from the date of final approval and receipt of deposit, unless a different timeframe is quoted.

  • In‑stock items: In‑stock merchandise normally ships within 1–3 business days after your order is processed and full payment is received.

  • Rush or expedited production: Available upon request for an additional fee and subject to capacity; contact us before placing the order to confirm feasibility.

  1. Shipping methods, carriers, and costs

  • Carriers: We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers as needed. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless you request and pay for a specific carrier or service.

  • Shipping options: Standard Ground, Expedited (2–3 business days), Overnight (next business day)—where available. Service availability depends on destination and carrier networks.

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight/dimensions, destination, carrier rates, and selected service level. Shipping promotions or flat‑rate offers will be applied as stated at checkout and may exclude oversized or specialty items.

  1. Delivery estimates and transit times

  • Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and do not include production time for custom orders.

  • Estimated delivery ranges (after shipment) for common services: Standard Ground 3–7 business days, Expedited 2–3 business days, Overnight 1 business day — actual times vary by origin/destination and carrier.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, carrier service disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

  1. Risk of loss and title
    Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier. If you choose in‑store pickup, risk of loss passes to you at the time of pickup.

  2. Address accuracy and changes

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you may incur additional shipping and handling charges to reship.

  • Change requests after an order has shipped may be declined or incur additional carrier fees; contact us immediately if you need to update the shipping address.

  1. International shipping and customs (if applicable)

  • We ship internationally on a limited basis; international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery timelines for international shipments vary and may be subject to customs delays. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.

  1. Local pickup (Nashville, AR)

  • Local pickup is available at our Nashville, Arkansas location by appointment if offered at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be considered abandoned; storage, restocking, or cancellation fees may apply.

  1. Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

  • Inspection: Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, keep all packaging, and contact us within 7 days at info@basicbluecollar.com or 972‑872‑0709 with photos and details.

  • Missing items: If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packing slip and package.

  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days to arrange a return, reprint, or replacement per our Returns & Refunds policy. We will cover return shipping or replacement shipping if the error is ours.

  1. Returns for shipping-related issues

  • Items eligible for return due to shipping errors, carrier damage, or defects will be handled per our Returns & Refunds policy. We may request photos and the original packaging. Replacement, reprint, or refund options will be provided at our discretion after review.

  • For custom‑printed goods, please note that reprints or corrections are subject to proof approvals and the original artwork provided; we will remedy issues caused by our error.

  1. Lost packages and claims

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Claims can take several business days to weeks to resolve depending on the carrier. We will work with you to replace the items or issue a refund once the carrier completes its investigation and the claim is settled.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors or household members and contact the carrier first; then contact us to open an inquiry.

  1. Shipping promotions and offers

  • Free shipping promotions and discounts are subject to eligibility rules stated in the promotion. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders placed under incorrect promotion terms or due to obvious errors.
